Use this form if you would like to borrow some of Native Tech’s key equipment for course related work.

This will only be approved on a case by case basis and only for short terms.

Camera must come back by the close of business, tablet can be taken home overnight (unless approved by management).

You are agreeing to be responsible for the safe return of our equipment in full working order. If you do not return it on time or if you return it broken with no reason, access to this privilege will be limited. EZGG.

When to use this form:

  • Use this form when you are going to request an equipment loan.
  • Camera is only loaned out during business hours, tablets are loaned out over night.
