Equipment Loan Form
Use this form if you would like to borrow some of Native Tech’s key equipment for course related work.
This will only be approved on a case by case basis and only for short terms.
When to use this form:
- Use this form when you are going to request an equipment loan.
- Camera is only loaned out during business hours, tablets are loaned out over night.
