Use this form if you would like to request a loan of key equipment for course related work.

This will only be approved on a case by case basis and only for short terms.

This is a request, and it will be assessed by the team before any agreement is made to confirm the loan. Once confirmed, you are agreeing to be responsible for the safe return of our equipment in full working order. If you do not return it on time or if you return it broken with no reason, access to this privilege will be limited and there may be replacement costs required, dependent on item loaned.
